I hereby give notice that a Full Council Meeting of Bardney Group Parish Council, will be held at Bardney Village Hall, Bardney, on Wednesday 21st October 2026 at 7.00pm.
All Members of the Parish Council are summoned to attend the meeting to consider and decide upon the business to be transacted, as set out below.
Please note that this meeting may be recorded to assist in accurate minute taking.

119 -26/27 Fire Safety Announcement. The Chair will give a fire safety announcement.
120 -26/27 Apologies for Absence.
To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Clerk prior to the meeting, in accordance with Local Government Act 1972, Sch 12, para 40.

WL/2026/00932 for Listed building consent to re-roof first floor rear bedroom and ground floor porch, rebuild first floor dormer window, form new roof light and reinstate previously removed chimney along with three replacement timber windows being variation of conditions 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 of listed building consent WL/2025/01152 granted 10 June 2026 – in respect of the existing roof structure to the first floor vacant bedroom area and ground floor porch areas at Court House Farm, Apley Lane, Low Apley, Market Rasen, LN8 5JH.
b. WL/2026/00673 for conversion of water tower to 1no. dwelling with demolition of existing attached agricultural buildings, and extension of host building being variation of condition 2 of planning permission 147479 granted 28 March 2024 – reduction in scale of proposed extension at Water Tower, Abbey Road, Bardney, Lincoln, LN3 5XD.
