Community Award

Bardney Group Parish Council likes to acknowledge members of the community who have had an impact on the Parish, and once a year the Roger’s Shield is awarded to someone (or sometimes a group) who has made a difference. This year the Shield was presented to Sean O’Callagnan who for many years has been a mainstay of the Bardney Village Hall Committee. Without the dedication of committed volunteers to serve on committees many organisations and groups would cease to flourish. We thank Sean for his many years of help and leadership.
